Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently experienced extremely long delivery times lasting many weeks and received incorrect items that differed completely from online advertisements. Many people also noted that the products were poorly made from cheap fabrics and sizing information was completely inaccurate. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, stating they received no response to multiple emails sent over several weeks. Consumers also mentioned that phone numbers listed on the business website were incorrect or completely disconnected when trying to reach support to request refunds for missing packages.

If it was possible to do a negative 100 review I would but since that's not possible just let me say DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I have not recieve my order from 3 months ago. No way to contact them because my security monitoring systems won't even let me go to their site. My fault for not checking into them more thoroughly. Don't make the same mistake!
I ordered a pink leopard print jelly bra after seeing TONS of adverts. It took ages to come and updates were not available. Customer service did get back to me quickly but were not able to give me a shipping date or correct tracking. The bra arrived eventually. However, it was not pink-it was brown. Wasn’t thrilled but thought I would give it a try. It was supposed to be “revolutionary comfort”. Not horrible, not revolutionary. I wear Shaperment bras regularly and it was similar. It was a bit harder to put on but did hold in the sides well. It is not special enough to be worth the wait time for shipping and the wrong colour was off putting to future orders. I did not bother to contact customer service again about the colour. I couldn’t face shipping it back to China and waiting again.
Do not buy from this company , they are scammers. Paid for two bras, waited months to arrive and when it finally did the product was a joke! Two pieces of elastic that wasn't even a bra, their website looks great but the company is a scammer and somewhere in the fine print it states NO REFUNDS so buyers beware! Save your money!
Shipping was super slow. The item doesn't fit and I have contacted the company 4 times to request support for return & refund and they have not responded.
THIS IS A SCAM ...DONT DO IT!@@@@@ #####WARNING#######$$
This is a scam company! I received the product but it was so cheaply made and wrong size. I ordered a 4x and received an extra small . It is the size of a training bra and was so cheaply made and in no way it could fit so I threw it in the trash. I tried to contact Bombonds.com and never received a reply. Do NOT buy from this company. It is a waste of money.
I ordered the tummy tuck panties on March 11th. Received on April 22. Size is too small. No info to return item. No one responded to email sent. No customer contact STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
Fraudulent company! Do not use this company. It’s a scam, customer service phone doesn’t work, or emails! Cancelled my order weeks before I received my product and they still sent it to me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!
I would give it a 0 if I could , same issues as everyone else , sizing is completely off and I have been getting to response to try and return these crappy bras ! Definitely is a scam and people need to report them and let everyone know on social media .
If I could go below a 1 star I would. I ordered the shaper panties but never got them. I paid using Klarna and was refunded by them. If you choose to buy products from YouTube companies, if they use Klarna, After pay or Affirm, use that payment method. If it is a scam, they will refund your money.
Ok so I got and XL im 186LBS and it fit like regular underwear. I think if I would have gotten 2 sizes smaller it would've worked better.
I ordered a couple of posture bras from YouTube advertising of bonbons & it never arrived. I paid $59.67 it’s been 20 days ago I still haven’t receive it
Never received my order.. I ordered almost a month ago.. Sonia
How do I report the company took my money two months ago with nothing in return from my order. I have emailed many times and tried the phone #! This just make me so darn mad! Why do these scammers have to ruin ordering online bad! Shame on this Company!!
I ordered over a month ago and my order shows as not shipped yet. Company doesn’t respond to email. I believe this company is a scam.
This site is some shit ,ordered 6 pairs of panties and ONLY GOT 3, for 49.00. And you can’t contact them and they don’t have a working phone number BULLLLL
I would leave no stars if there was an option! It is a CHEAP made product! DO NOT BUY!! Uncomfortable, threads hanging, cheap fabric, hard to return. That is what we can expect of the brand. I feel the price is very high compared to the product you’re getting.
It fits weird and absolutely nothing like they advertiseit to be on you tube commercials...very disappointed going back to shapermint
You got to be kidding me Bombond needs to be stopped ASAP . I never received my order and the tracking is false I tried to reach out Their phone number is out of order so I'm out of my money they need to be stopped. Their videos need to be terminated.
