Again, like most people have said BOMBONDS is a TOTAL SCAM. Ordered a bra which is still supposedly still shipping. I tried emailing with no response, I tried customer server service phone number on website - it does not exist. I am now disputing the charge with AmEx with the hope of getting my money returned.

This company is a complete SCAM! I never received the bra that I ordered but instead after over 6 weeks I received 2 bandana's from a company called Josephine with an address that matches Public storage in LA. Total fraudsters!!

Dear Bombonds I finally received a package with the same tracking number that matches the order that I made. It arrived 31 days after it was initially shipped. However this product is not what I ordered. I expected to get the product that I ordered instead I got something that although has a few features of a bra it is not a functional item in any sense of the word, and certainly not a Bombonds Cooling Bra size 42c which I ordered. I have reported this problem to my bank which holds my credit card with which I paid for the item that I have not yet received. And whatever I received it did not come from Bombonds, if that company even exists but rather Gateway Warehouse which specializes in hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals.
Placed an order March 9th. Still have not recieved. No answer to any corrospondece. There is no tracking data. "BUYER BEWARE" I gave a one, but that is too high.

Well worth my wait for the bras they are so comfortable and the cups are comfortable as well. The straps at the back don't dig into your back and more lee way to clip at the back to support the front. Thankyou

Like everyone else I agree this company is a fraudulent scam company. I placed an order January 8th 2026. I received a email on the 14th with a tracking number ( I later found out wasn’t valid) saying my order had shipped.It is March 29th 2026 and I still do not have it. I attempted to call the customer service number but it isn’t valid. Out of nowhere I literally received a email from them 2 weeks ago saying my order has shipped. i’m like OMG what type of scam company is this? I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business bureau.
Total scam. I wish I had looked here & read the reviews before placing an order. The order was placed on 31Jan2026 and I just received it 28Mar2026. Half the order is missing and the rest are too small. I contacted them on the same day as receipt to complain and ask to return and refund, obviously it is too early to expect a prompt response. Judging from other reviews, a response is most likely not going to happen, I'm only contacting them because the bank will expect this form of action before I claim fraud/dispute. If I can, I’ll keep you updated.
