Wish I'd done my due diligence. They got me. Ordered a bra march 2nd. Never received it. What a scam. I really thought it was a real website. It looked really good. These fake Chinese are really getting really good at what they do. The next time I've got to check customer service and how they can be contacted. I wish they weren't on Shopify and I hate their YouTube ads. Oh well. A very good lesson learned.

I am in the same boat as all of these ladies. We placed an order with this bogus company and either received the item in the wrong size or didn’t receive anything. There is no customer service number and they don’t respond to emails. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is needed. They are scammers and all the social media platforms need to stop advertising for them. If they continue they are complicit in the scam.

Complete scam artists; any positive reviews you might read are all fake. I placed an order in February, still have not received my items. Tracking number is bogus; they don't reply to emails. Shame on me for not checking out this company prior to ordering...and shame on them for taking advantage of so many people. Lessons learned on my part. Sadly they will continue to do this, there will be no lessons learned on their part.

If I could give a negative star I would. No customer service, no email response, the phone number is not in service. Total ripoff.
Very poor service
I received my purchase after several weeks but I didn’t care for the fit. I reached out to the company and they returned a comment asking for pictures of my purchase. I did that and now it’s been a month of me reaching out to them numerous times and getting no response. I called the number on the website and it isn’t a working number. I finally received the bras I ordered…
I finally received the bras I ordered so at least it wasn't a total scam. It did take over a month. First the "posture bras". I have a 46DD bust and these bras would not even accommodate a B cup, they are more like training bras with ZERO support. Then there is the gelly bra. It does fit but again has absolutely no support. These are the worst bras I've ever purchased. I just requested information on how to return so let's see how that goes.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a woman's bra and paid $42 for it. It took more than 2 months to get to me and there were 2 blue cheap bandanas in the package! I emailed the company twice with no response and called the customer service number that is posted on their site and it is no longer working. This so sucks!!

Bombards is a scam. Same as the other reviews: no way yo reach customer service (website’s phone is disconnected), very poor quality, dis not receive product after 3 months. Once I submitted a dispute with my credit card company, the package arrived but was not the right items and the sizes were ludicrous. XLg was more like X small.
