SCAM COMPANY - STAY AWAY!! I placed an order with Vitaliaina on June 17, 2026 for 3 pairs of leggings and paid $80. They sent the wrong sizes and the material of the leggings is simply garbage. I have repeatedly tried to reach out for a refund. As of 7/21/20216, I sent 6 requests and no one has responded. I contacted the company using the customer service email provided on its website, but I have not received a response. My order number is 78397. The lack of communication and assistance has been extremely frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Vitaliaina. Before purchasing, I strongly encourage shoppers to read independent reviews, carefully review the return policy, and use a payment method that offers purchase protection.
They don't deserve 1 star. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company "Vitaliaina". They offer High Waist Lift Hip Quick Dry Yoga Pants. My total cost included shipping plus shipping protection. I never received my order, I have reached out several times with no response. Customer service is silent. Just read reviews and it seems this is a thing that this company does. Again: do not purchase anything from "VITALIAINA".

If I could give zero stars I would. This company ships from China so there is a long delay, but even after it reached the US they do not update to a legit tracking number. You are bound watching a site called 17track which is not accurate at all. Unfortunately my delivery was supposedly handed directly to me according to that tracking info, but I had no legitimate number to search with and can tell you I NEVER received the package. I am still currently fighting to get refunded but their customer service response is as good as their tracking system. Also disputing the charge with my credit card company as I never received the package and paid for shipping protection. I really wish I had done more research like I normally do. Advice: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings as advertised on Facebook on Jun 18, 2026. I have not yet received my leggings even though their tracking number shows it was delivered to me on Jul 12,2026. I called my post office and was told it is not a legit tracking number. I am in the process of disputing charges with my bank. I do believe this company is a big scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of the High Waisted and Hip Lifting Yoga pants in X Large on June 1st. It took nearly a month when I finally received it. To my dismay, the pants were loose, which defeated the purpose of what it was designed for. I sent several emails to them (the only way of contact that was given) to start a possible exchange, but there was no response. Was starting to feel optimistic once I finally received the merchandise only to be demoralized . Such a waste of time and money!!

Sent emails twice while waiting, but no response. I see now, coming from China. I thought that thecompany was in Wyoming, due to a USA address there. I will be contacting credit card company for dispute!
I to like so many of the reviews, ordered on May 25th, they have been showing on its way since June1st and also paid for the shipping insurance. Sent 5 emails and in return they send me an email stating the long wait is due to Tarrifs. I just want a refund at this point
Like everyone else is ordered these leggings, I states they were coming from China, the tracking number says delivered and it was not, no one appeared on my camera, thank god I ordered thru paypal and was able to get back money
