Garbage software and worst support ever!!!
I’ve never been so furious with a piece of software in my life. Wondershare recoverit promised to “recover your lost files,” but in my case it flat-out failed to retrieve a single document, photo, or video. Not one!! Every scan ended with ZERO recovered data despite trying every trick in the book and letting it run for hours on end. When I realized their product was utterly useless I immediately requested a refund within the trial period. They have completely ignored every single email ticket and just an automatic bot responding!! Save your time and Do NOT waste your time or money on Recoverit. Support team should be ashamed of their tactics. I’ll make sure everyone I know is informed about these fraudulent practices!
