Jewelry with no life span and ridiculous warranty
Love the items but my necklace lost its moonstone after 9 months and their customer service denied me a replacement or goodwill gesture. Shame as it was a sentimental gift from my best friend for my 30th, thought they may have some compassion but no, unfortunately won't be purchasing or recommending MoonMagic anymore. I've never experienced jewelry break like this and I have had loads over the years. Quality needs to improve for the prices MoonMagic charge. Prices should reflect the quality. In reply to your reply.. I wouldn't review before contacting you customer service, I also issued a complaint but the only thing offered was a measley 10% off code. I would rather spend my money on good quality jewelry that will last thanks. So gutted because it had sentimental value too being from my best friend for 30th, so obviously would have been nice to cherish that gift.
