Phone simply not delivered - but eventually refunded!
I ordered a phone on their website and paid for extra shipping, expedited, 3 - 6 days. It is now 8 days or 6 business days later and despite numerous messages to them, I don't even have a shipping confirmation, let alone a date for the arrival. But the money has been taken from the account... I will now have to get the bank to claw this back, very annoying. The reason I ordered a Doogee again is because I have had the Doogee S97Pro for three years and the phone has been perfect! I have been very happy with their last product, but not at all with their customer service. Update: They have now answered, apologized and immediately offered a full refund, or to send the phone with a small refund as an apology. So when they finally did get in touch, it was good. Based on the experience with their other products, I will continue using Doogees.
