Horrible customer service
Bought an item from them, The item I bought was different than what I received and to make it "right" they said I have to pay for the shipping to get it back to them and then I can get a full refund or I get 25% of the original purchase. These guys are not only inept but they have terrible business practices if I could give zero stars I would. Edit -after the reply from customer service the first email they sent me was accurate, it did not mention anything about covering shipping costs at the time that I made the first reply. It also shows you how bad their customer service is when they can't admit what they do is wrong. Notice how there was no mention of them false advertising something that they do not sell. Asking me to remove my review after they blatantly lied, hell no, if I could post screenshots I would. If I could give zero stars I would.
