Extortionate costs…
The product I ordered through Lyst arrived. I had to pay £37 import duties and as the product is not suitable I have to pay £28return shipping! Extortionate costs having already spent £183 …as the product is no use to me I have in fact just spent £65 on absolutely NOTHING!!! There has been an explanation about import duty and return costs but the cost to me remains the same and I am still significantly out of pocket for nothing…Will remember to thoroughly read small print in future
