My main issues are with delivery and communication. I ordered a bracelet for a birthday present. I allowed sufficient time for it to arrive, but it was late. I was told by email that it was a ‘bespoke’ item - it was not. Generic mass produced. When it arrived it was OK. I didn’t think it was worth the money. I ordered a bracelet (a day or two after the first order) for myself. I’m wishing I hadn’t. It’s been sitting somewhere for three weeks! Evri is still waiting for it. I won’t be ordering again, and I wouldn’t recommend this company. Their stuff is available online with the likes of Temu.
