Scammers
Please when you read my review. Please be wise and avoid Flight Guru!!! Not to be trusted. I arrived at the Rui Montego Bay check-in to be told by staff that my payment has not being received. I was unable to get in contact with the FG staff as, when i called, there was a message saying this call cannot be answered. which my anxiety had hit the roof hoping that this was'nt a scam!!!! I eventually got through to Shaun the travel agent, who I'd dealt with I knew this was a different named person. I was speaking to, claiming to be Sean. The conversation was not following and this alias had become aggressive. Unfortunately the staff at the Rui were not able to support with my dilemma leaving me stranded without accomodation. My only option was to repay! I will be dealing with this traumatic incident when I return back to the UK😢
