5star Product, 5star Team
Not only was this process really convenient and an amazing idea, when I received my photo, I noticed that there was a couple things about my sons face that I didn't love (he had a shadow of teeth when he was only four months). I emailed EpicPaint and within a day, they had someone reach out to me. She was extremely sympathetic and understanding, and even offered me a remake to help fix the issue. I am extremely happy with my photo, attention to detail, consideration, and incredible customer service. Very very very worth your time and money for a priceless piece of art!
