This is has been a terrible experience with this company, from the moment we were forced to migrate to them. One of the worst hosting experiences I have ever been involved in. Steer clear, they have no idea. **Update** Even when you follow their cancellation guide, they keep charging you, so be careful to remove any trace of payment methods. And of course nothing is refundable. Truly the worst experience with a company I have had in 20 years in IT. Steer clear.
