What a shambles of a company
What a shambles of a company. received a t shirt in UK today, want to return as too big. Tried to log into my account, wrong password, asked 4 times for password reset, nothing, sent another email to be told that my email doesn't exist although that was the email used for placing order and received confirmation on. Now been told to contact a different department and two hours later, nothing. No idea how to return the item for a refund, can't get into my account and no one seems to be doing anything to help.
