Lack of common sense regarding customer service
UPDATE: They sent me the bar code as a one-time good will gesture, so I can essentially transfer the tickets to some one who can attend. So I added 2 stars (total of 3) for the good will gesture. ORIGINAL I got tickets for ABBA Voyage through their lottery. The sales are apparently finale, and according to their T&Cs, cannot be sold back...or even transferred if you cannot attend. Absolutely outrageous nowadays, especially as I am requesting that 5 days before the show, not on the day itself. Avoid this company, if you get sick, the majority of other provider will just freely allow you to at least transfer the tickets to people who can attend, these guys are as rigid as a plank of wood, and the sense of customer experience of a snail. Will update my review if they do the right thing and allow to sell them back or transfer them.
