Good product and support
I used the trial period while testing different apps to translate a large pdf file to help a friend that needs this type of solution. WPS was the only one that worked, although saving the results was challenging. While I was testing the product the trial expired and I was charged for full annual subscription. I notified the support office immediately and they supported me to cancel the subscription without paying the annual fee.

The app worked perfectly for my project…
The app worked perfectly for my project to make a digital magazine. It was easy to use and the result was great. The help desk took immediate action when I requested their support for an issue with my subscription.

SCAM!!!
Scam. I paid for the product but they didn’t send the license key. I sent multiple emails, I opened ticket to the support site but no response. 7 days since I paid and no sign from them. They just stole my money.
