Horrible experience booking a vacation through Expedia!
Booked an all inclusive vacation for my whole family through Expedia.ca, spent a lot of money. Received no confirmation or reference number from Expedia but my credit card was charged. Took me 2 days and countless hours on the phone to sort it out. Spoke with 5 Expedia agents, including a supervisor, and they were of no help. I ended up calling the airline we were going to fly with, and they provided me the right information. It was a nightmare of an experience! I will never use Expedia again and don't recommend them. Deal directly with the airline or the resort. Reply to Expedia’s comment: You have taken enough of my time, I will not waste anymore contacting you. Review your processes and provide your agents training.
