Do not use these or there affiliates. I booked a delux double room in Thailand. When I arrived, I was given a twin room. On the agoda booking page it stated that you can have a double bed or twin beds . I asked for a double bed, . and when i arrived i got twin beds . The hotel was full and could not move me. 5 different customer care people i went through . I had to explain to each one again and again .one saying we will get refund for you and then 15 minutes later told no they wont refund .1 saying i had booked a twin room with double beds then 5 minutes later saying 2 single beds , but in the end I got nothing .out of pocket again using these... avoid these and booking.com their parent company. And any other company owned by booking holdings .they dont take care when things go wrong. I wish I could put photos on here with the conformation and their booking page to prove it .which i also sent to customer care but still got nowhere
