Worst customer support i've ever had to deal with.. Even Creality is better and that's saying ALOT about how horrible Sovol is. Long email response times without even reading the emails and they just try to wear you out until you eventually give up.. sv06 plus came with MASSIVE defects from factory and they're just avoiding the issue. They scrub their reddit community from comments about their support as well.. Gamble with their printers, good value if you don't get a lemon. Got a lemon? You're not going to get any real help in resolving the issue.
