I will not be buying from Secretlab again
Secretlab sell expensive premium priced gaming chairs. Sadly the help I got did not feel premium. I bought a Titan Evo gaming chair plus loads of accessories last year - spending a lot of money. Unfortunately the firm nature of the chairs which is widely documented has caused my sciatica to flare up. I wanted to purchase the specially made seat cushion for this chair but for some reason this is not available to purchase in the UK (it is available in the EU). I spoke with Secretlab customer support on chat and asked if they could import one for me and I would cover all extra costs. I was told this wasn't possible under any circumstances, something about bulky items and shipping costs. I was v unhappy as I know someone could make this happen if they wanted to be helpful. This is not a bulky item, this is a seat cushion. Plus as I offered to cover all costs I found this v unreasonable. I asked to raise an official complaint and was eventually told after much pushing that they do not have an official complaints procedure. I am always wary of companies that do not have this facility so I won't be shopping there again.
