Wouldn't use them to safeguard a trash can
Update after their reply-Their reply is a joke to try and save face. If they were interested in resolving the issue they would reach out not expect me to email them all the issues that I've already talked to them on the phone about. They will not address issues, they simply reply to complaints on this website to look like they're doing something but they never address the issues. Was hoodwinked into signing a 2-year contract with this trash company. The equipment was constantly breaking and I would have to pay to have a tech come out even though it was their equipment and their issue. Lead times for repair were often two weeks plus techs often lied about showing up and said that I wasn't home when I had been waiting for them. Can't express enough how absolutely horrible this company is would never consider using them even to alarm a trash can.
