I purchased an item through Alibaba and I have proof it was delivered to the wrong person and state, yes the wrong state, however they refuse to issue a refund. I spoke to FedEx and they advised this is a common scam they are seeing. I would highly recommend you avoid buying anything from Alibaba. I now need to contact every US news outlet about this issue and take Legal action to get a refund.
