Blackview 9600 Pro
I have a Blackview 9600 Pro. Within a few months of purchasing it the speaker stopped working. I tried to get this resolved through customer service but it is impossible to chat with someone, messages don't get returned then my customer service request was deleted. Will never buy another Blackview phone again.
