What are you doing Lazada ? Not helping me!!!
since 18/4 payments have not been going through for Redmart. Have called 5 times since 18/4 and no one is doing anything. A manager has meant to call back 4 times so far, have not heard from anyone, no updates, no nothing. Extremely frustrating not being able to purchase groceries. I am beyond pissed off. Update 20/5/25. Still NOTHING. Lazada obviously does not read trustpilot, as I have not received any help, any calls, any rectification. I cannot pay for shopping with any payment method now. Im trying to call them, but I don't even know if the calls are going through. You call them, and there is no introduction, no nothing, just silence... what is going on.? I am furious ....
