I had recently purchased a Solar Cam Lite but it failed to cooperate during installation. I was first given some great help by Llewellyn during which time it was determined that I had a faulty camera. I was put in touch with "Ann:" from the AOSU Support Team. She immediately determined what was necessary for me to have what I needed and saw to it that a new camera was sent to my door. Ann maintained contact (via email) to ensure that I was being taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. Within a couple days the camera was delivered, and I now have a working security system all due to Ann's (and Llewellyn's) efforts.
