Your Customer Service team, including Jericho, has been awesome in helping us replace a 2-quart pan we ruined on the burner. Companies like yours need to be promoted for your great products and customer service team. I will certainly do that at every opportunity I get. We ruined our pot by accidentally leaving it on the burner when we thought we shut the burner off. Thank you for replacing our 2-quart pot and lid with ease!
