Piece of Garbage
I was gifted a litter robot5 by Mom. I set it up and it worked for 2 hours before it froze up. Called support and was told the computer was frozen and they would send me a new base. Got the new base, set it up and it never even came on. Had to take the original base to FedEx and wait for a third base to be shipped to me. Third base again worked for 2 hours and froze. Now I have to return the 2nd base and Whisker wants to ship me a 4th one. I said NO, I’m done. They say I have to pay to ship back their piece of junk in order to get a partial refund. No refunds on warranties. What a scam. They spend all their money on advertising but can’t manage to put a decent operating system in their product. HORRIBLE, don’t buy one. It would be less work to just burn $1000 than purchase this garage machine. I feel so bad that my elderly Mother spent her money on this complete piece of trash.
