Cichic has the worst customer support when it comes to returning items. I have written to them on multiple occasions with clear details of the items that need to be returned and why. I am also missing an item from the package that I have requested a refund for. The response I get back from them is pure delaying tactics, they want me to send the item numbers again, and again, then I need to send photos of the items, once they have these they write back to say that it looks beautiful and can I check again! I just want my refund. The two items that I am keeping I am pleased with, the remainder I want to return for a refund or exchange for a smaller size but they do not want this to happen. I would have placed another order with this company if the returns procedure was easy but they are not to be trusted. Items I have purchased via Amazon from China I have been able to return or the company has refunded me without question, Cichic does not want to do this. Once Cichic has your money they do not care if the service and product they provide are any good. I see that the negative reviews on Trustpilot have had a response from someone in Cichic pretending to care, asking for the order number so they can resolve the problem.....I wonder if anyone has had a refund issued or is the company just trying to look as though they are doing something without actually rectifying the problem. I do not have these issues with Silk Fred, I would use this company to purchase clothes from instead.
