Avoid all interaction with this company
Accidentally held my package awaiting duty (that was prepaid) was assured my package would be sent out immediately, after which I waited another week for it. at which point I called again and was assured my package would arrive in two days. After four days I recieved half my package! No one answers the phones, it is impossible to find out what is going on at any given time. Seriously F*** this company!
