Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I have contacted them twice and been informed someone would contact me within 15 days well that is a joke. My elderly mother lives in Portsmouth and she has to live with anti social behaviour from the youths in her flats and councial wont do a thing . But it seems as though the ombudsman is the same its a service us taxpayers pay to use but they are a big failure.
