Very bad support
Their support is awful. I tried to use their piezo sensor to detect when my washing machine had finished, I thought it would be a fun project. Their website states that the sensor is suitable for this, however after testing it out I couldn't get it to detect anything. This is when I decided to contact their support. I asked a couple of simple questions, namely how to use it to detect washing machines and the direction in which to rotate the sensor screw to adjust sensitivity. 5 replies later and they haven't answered either of the questions. I don't believe they can speak english very well and I also believe the support have no idea about how any of the products actually work. Additionally, all of their components require a special 'hat' adapter which costs a lot more than the components individually. You are better off buying them from another provider. Overall, one of the funniest and most frustrating companies I have ever had to contact. I recommend avoiding at all costs.
