I am simply disappointed—and it wasn't the support staff's fault; after all, they were just doing their jobs and were friendly. But when I spend hundreds of euros on a chair and can't get a spare part after a few years—receiving only the answer "buy a new chair" instead—it’s frustrating. It was just about the armrest pads, which showed heavy wear after a few years and needed replacing. Well, I won't be buying a chair from Secretlab again in the future. UPDATE : i found replace for the armrests by myself , the brand "Maxnomic" got identical armrests that fit perfect to my chair (3 hole mounting) bought real cheap through a resale platform
