Poor Product Quality
Ordered a bracelet (Pelagus Aegean Blue) which broke soon after and they sent a replacement which also broke in exactly the same place. Its a design fault and now they refuse to do anything (I had asked for either a refund or another one with a different design) . Now they are quoting some of their "terms and conditions" and not being helpful at all. Very dissapointing. You would expect an item to last a reasonable length of time. I should have bought it elsewhere. Reply to your response - You had never mentioned in your communications that this could be a reason .If you are genuinely interested in the feedback and using it in assessing the quality - why dont you send me a bracelet with the next size up and I can try it out and give feedback ???
