Awful.
Awful. My partners phone exploded in his hand and burnt his fingers and we were asked to send it to the repair centre for inspection. Customer service told us on two separate occasions that they had booked it in for collection, we waited all day and no one showed up...turns out they hadn't even booked it in on the system! When customer service booked it in on the system they set up for DHL to collect the phone, DHL collected the phone and now it has been left at DHL depot in Edinburgh because DHL don't usually transport devices with exploded batteries. The phone has been at DHL Edinburgh since the 3rd of March. I have phoned customer service nearly every week, I have been told that the phone is being picked up by another courier, that they are sending out a new handset or that they will call me back with an update... No one gets back to you. It is still being dealt with by customer complaints and every time I phone the manager is not in or is in a meeting, and they never call you back.
