Absolute nightmare & best avoided. Buy an item on black Friday and take advantage of the discount code & think nothing more of it. Week later I noticed an email asking for more money! Cost of materials had gone up on an item that was in stock and not custom. Just a link to a page where you can choose additional values to send them! Somehow the materials for the costume went up 10%!They hold the item hostage for more money. They did refund after I threatened to report to the card provider.
