Never Received Product
I ordered anti grey hair treatment from Mayraki back on May 25th order #10189050 and still have not received the product. It is now July 9th. I also never received any email confirmation of purchase and order tracking after my purchase. I emailed customer service saying I haven’t received my product and it was a very bizarre and vague response with agent writing saying “sorry for the delay/let me provide the tracking number” but they never provided the tracking information and have yet to respond with the tracking information. I am starting to think maybe I was scammed.
