Terrible customer service from Cypherock. I have sent numerous emails seeking customer support, and so far, after two days, I have received no response. Communication is extremely poor, and getting a meaningful response or resolution has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cypherock at all. Customer service matters, especially when you're trusting a company with an important product, and my experience has fallen well below expectations.
