They shutdown
Had 3 ongoing challenges with them. My account got frozen yesterday morning. Said wrong user name / password. Raised a ticket with them. No response for a day. Today morning when i woke, got an email from them saying "Secure The Bag has temporarily ceased all operations, including new purchases, effective immediately. This means all STB related services have been terminated effective immediately." I have lodged 3 separate tickets for refunds from 3 ongoing challenges. While i wait on them, going to raise a dispute with bank. Update:Bank has only given me 1k back. Will need to raise a case with consumers affairs to see if i can get the remaining amount back. Anyone had any luck with this ?
