Quick and painless
I unfortunately damaged my phone and had to get it serviced. I got in touch with Warranty Life to check on my phone warranty coverage and got a positive response within a day which was amazing. Shortly after I got a portion of the cost sent to me so I could have my phone serviced at a local shop. The total repair ended up being higher than expected so I got in touch with Warranty Life again. Within a day or 2 I received a phone call to follow up on my case and within a couple days the rest of the cost was transferred to me.
