I ordered 2 dresses from Lightinthebox
I ordered 2 dresses from Lightinthebox. They arrived not as described. The fabrics were terrible quality and inappropriate for the style of dress. The quality of the workmanship was also just bad. I elected to return the dresses for a refund within their stated terms at a cost of £23, to Chine, although they were sent from a UK address. They have not responded to my requests for reimbursement. The next thing I know they have been sent back to me as I posted them, just months later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are 1 big fraud from begining to end. According to their records this case is closed already. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have received what sounds like a co-operative response, however as of this morning my a/c no longer shows any orders, and therfore have no means of contacting your service dept for a full refund. So another deception. However, my service record is extensive because the problems. The last contacts are more recent. You say a refund is on offer. This is what is required is NOT a credit not to buy more from you. Why would I want to do that? Again I'd suggest DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
