I love working with this company. They are very nice and have a good quality product. If anything is wrong they will do everything they can to fix the problem. I hope to work with them for a very long time. Excellent products.
I have to tell you. You all have very good designers and programmers. This is the best application (out of 4) I have ever used on the MAC to rip BlueRays. It's like watching the actual Blu Ray. There's no hesitation, choppy blocks, pausing or audio timing issues at all. I hope this app stays just like it is because it works perfectly.. Thank you all again for your help with switching me over from PC to Mac because of my oversight. You all didn't have to do that but you did and that speaks a lot of your customer service and companies willing to help customers. Thanks again and good luck with all your future endeavors.
