In an age where many companies fail miserably at customer support, Leawo has done a fantastic job responding to every question and bug report I have submitted! There have not been many, but nearly every query to them had a response the following date, with the rare exception being around weekends or holidays. I have used their video conversion software for 10+ years, and recommend it to anyone needing it for personal use.
It worked (after some driver-trouble) as it should. The service-people habe been very helpful. I am fully satisfied.
I had an issue with a reinstall and the support team worked with me until it was resolved. Sticky issue on computer they had to help me figure out and did. They hung in there until it was resolved.

I had a particularly difficult problem and while it took a while to sole, the folks at Leawo were patient and helpful. It took awhile, but the problem was solved and Leawo support was there the whole way. The problem was solved and the program is still functioning perfectly. Great program and crew.
I have had no problem whatsoever so far using CleverGet – and if a problem happens, their awesome customer service answers almost immediately. I'm extremely pleased (I'm using a Mac, if that helps).
i have tried to use the DRM software and it sas it only works with OS 10.13 or earlier and we are now on OS 23 it should have been mentioned up front basically useless
Absolutely less than useless. Crashed every time I tried to run it normally, seemed it had to run in admin mode. Took 5 mins to load the disk, then wouldn't let me control it properly. Finally got it playing the movie, and it got stuck in a perpetual loop of flashing up adverts that prevented unpausing the film. Tried to uninstall, but wouldn't shut down to allow this. Wouldn't even close in task master. Had to do a hard restart, that was so severe the main board had to redo all its memory tests. Literally the worst bd playing app I have ever tried.
This is a great Blu-ray disks player program. It easy to use and compatible with all computers. Not like other where you have to upgrade your computers graphic card and customer service is excellent. They will be there when you need help. Thank you love it.
I accidentally purchased the wrong software and thought I was out $30. I contacted Leawo support thinking it was a long shot they would reimburse me, but they were helpful, communicative, and gave me the option of a lifetime license for the product I intended to purchase or a regular refund. I opted for the latter, and Leawo refunded the full amount of my order no problem!
What started out bad, ended up good! Maybe it was my fault but after contacting customer service, they directed me to the fix and now everything works PERFECTLY! I’ve already ripped almost all of my DVD collection in just a couple of days! Everything worked seamlessly! Thank you!
