The software has some problems but online staff were excellent. The only downside that I could complain about is that their online service hours are a little challenging. However, once you figure that out they quickly troubleshoot your problems. I would have given them 4.5 stars if I could but I admit they are closer to 5 stars G
First allow me to make this clear, I do not work for Leawo nor have I been compensated for this review. Okay, I started using iTransfer so I might avoid having to further the ludicrous upgrade process with iTunes, but that's a different story. In any event I found an issue with the way iTransfer was displaying the music menus. I prefer they be in column format and the program kept defaulting to a box format as in the Windows 8 style. Well I contacted Leawo Support and after a couple of emails they had a clear idea of the issue. What I expected from there was that they would leave the issue standing as most other software developers do but not Leawo, nope they took the issue to their code writers and came up with a new version with the fix and sent me a link to download it. All of this happened within 72 hours of my first contact with them. OMG! What...? When is the last time that has ever happened to you...? Not only did they maintain an open, active dialog with me they actually worked out a fix and placed in my hands before I could say talk to ya later. Leawo has earned my absolute respect and appreciation. It goes without saying but I must. This type of customer service is so uncommon that it's only found in the rarefied air of the "Super Hero" atmosphere, the "Crystal Palace" if you will. Totally AWESOME!!! I will always look to Leawo first for any of my application/software needs, they can count on my total support. Very Sincerely, DS
I have been using their Itunes Cleaner for a few months, it works great. Cleans all my duplicates, identifies and tags songs, and finds all missing album artwork. I recently had some trouble with porting the program to a new machine (upgraded my old computer), and tech support was quick to answer my emails and get the program up and running on my new machine in no time at all. I highly recommend this company, not only for its great products, but they actually back their products up too. Bravo, Leawo.
I acquired PowerPoint to video converter from Leawo. It did the job very efficiently and friendly. Also, their support responded immediately, I am truly satisfied with the product.

I got the Mac version and it works seamlessly, converting DVDs into other formats that I can use in iMovie, for example. It's a quality product. Customer service responded quickly to my inquiries.

I downloaded the BD Convertor from the Website, and it is a really good program for me to convert my favorite movie Ice Age to BD with a fast speed and assist me to play on my Toshiba BDX1250 Blu-Ray Player. I recommend this one! Surely, it would be better for me if it offers me a discounts, looool......

I've really been happy with my Leawo Total Media Converter Ultimate, is a excellent multi-purpose software for working with DVDs, BDs and most video files. It is very stable and fast in all types of video files conversion. And in normal conditions, the conversions are made without any loss of its original quality. I will definitely recommend this software to any who ask...and probably to some who don't. My experience buying this product online was so positive that I'll be looking for this company's wares before any other when next I need software.
To be honest, a lot of negative reviews can be avoided if you can start with the free trial version on their website. Besides that, they also have several freebies there(the latest one i've come across is Blu-ray Player), which are actually very good and useful programs. I also noted Leawo giveaways are frequently hosted on their facebook and other big platforms, which in another way, shows this company has the gut to face the public judgments. I participated some campaigns and i have to say sometimes It's true that there occurred some issues, but their team actually handled it well each time. So in short, it is a good company that you can trust and you can actually see it keeps improving itself as well. Thumbs up!
I have owned their Total Media Converter Ultimate for 2 years, and just update it to the brand-new UI version, it's really well easy to use, their people work hard. Hope they can go better and continue to work out more great programs!
