Ackerman IS THE WORST COMPANY, do not use them! I waited out my contract, which did not include any warranty on the garbage security system they installed, and have been trying to cancel for 2 months now. They force you to mail them a paper in the mail in order to cancel, but they will never send you the form. When you call to ask what is happening with the cancellation, they claim to have no record that you even called and say they will start a new claim.
