If i can give minus star ..I would ... I bought an branded road bike and found out the bike is fake after i bring it to a authorized dealer for a service . Customer service cant do anything and worst ever...they dont even block or barred the seller.. .. seller can delete all the conversations on the chat room after few weeks. Carousell cant protect you !!! Seller has broken Carousell act which selling counterfiet goods.. but nothing they can do to protect you!!! Very very angry and dissapointed Never never use carousell again .....
