Great support team you got there, Carlinkit!
My interactions with the company's support team has always been positive. Especially with Ms. Estella, she has been prompt in her responses, provided crystal clear instructions to help resolve my issues and she is polite. Even though the Carlinkit T2C device I bought sometimes breaks down due to Tesla updates, the support team made the experience much better. I understand sometimes things are beyond Carlinkit's control (e.g. the recent display issue caused by Tesla's Summer update 2026), I would highly recommend the company especially for the fantastic support team they have.
