I am extremely disappointed with Oura’s customer service. I declined the sizing kit because I already knew my ring size. When my ring arrived, it was clearly smaller than the size I ordered. Instead of simply sending me a sizing kit so I can verify the correct size before exchanging the ring, Oura has made this simple request almost impossible. Their customer support is frustratingly difficult to deal with. It’s nearly impossible to reach someone who can actually solve the problem. The responses are slow, repetitive, and feel like they are coming from bots rather than people who are genuinely trying to help. This is a premium product with a premium price tag, yet the customer service is anything but premium. A straightforward sizing issue should take minutes to resolve, not days of back-and-forth with no real solution. I expected much more from a company with Oura’s reputation. Until they invest in competent, responsive customer support, I cannot recommend buying an Oura Ring. The product may be excellent, but if something goes wrong, you’re largely on your own.
