Poor customer service. Mediocre quality
I have ordered eyeglasses online for years & never had a problem with navigating a site but I did here. I accidentally got sunglasses instead of transitions because the lens selections weren't clear. I reached out to customer service & told them I would return the glasses for a refund on the frames (they could keep the money for the lenses because they can't use those again) & they refused. They only gave me credit for more glasses. The customer is always right! And the glasses I got weren't the best quality. You can see glue on the frames in some places. Sloppy.
