Stay away from Go Vets
I ordered an ice melting item for $49.99 on Jan 2nd. I received the wrong item, which was a can of deicer for $9.95 on Jan 16th. It is now Feb 1st and I am still not credited back for the item I paid for. Today their customer service person “Lexi” made sure to let me know this is the “SECOND” as she typed it, time I’m receiving a return label. I did not see it because the emails are so long from no responses, that I missed it. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Their customer service personnel SUCK.
