Best Customer Service Ever
Unfortunately, my original Manscape was defective and I really thought it was a lost cause but I still sent an email in. Within a few hours (literally middle of the night), they replied with some ways to test it to make sure it was defective. After me showing a few different things and proof of purchase, a replacement was sent out. Super easy process and everything happened super quickly. I'm very impressed! Their customer service is top notch!
